- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using flyaquet.com, including its subdomains (such as search.flyaquet.com) and integrated tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and FlyAquet. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our platform.
- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES & THIRD-PARTY ROLE
FlyAquet is a travel technology metasearch engine. We provide a digital interface that aggregates information from various travel providers.
- Flight Meta-Search: Our engine compares prices from hundreds of airlines and travel agencies globally. FlyAquet is not a travel agent and does not sell tickets directly.
- Visa Checker: We offer an automated tool to check entry requirements. This information is provided “as is” and serves as a preliminary guide.
- AI Travel Explorer: Our AI-driven assistant generates travel itineraries and suggestions based on user prompts and historical data.
III. NO CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP FOR BOOKINGS
- Intermediary Status: FlyAquet acts strictly as an intermediary. When you click “Search Flights” or “Book,” you are redirected to a third-party website (such as a partner of Travelpayouts).
- Third-Party Terms: Any booking you make is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of that specific provider. FlyAquet has no control over their inventory, pricing, or service delivery.
- Disputes: Any claims regarding flight delays, cancellations, refunds, or baggage must be addressed directly with the airline or the agency where the booking was finalized.
- USE OF AI TRAVEL EXPLORER & CONTENT
- Information Accuracy: While the AI Explorer uses advanced algorithms to provide dream destination ideas, FlyAquet does not guarantee that these suggestions are always up-to-date regarding local security, political stability, or health requirements.
- User Responsibility: Users are encouraged to cross-reference AI-generated advice with official government travel advisories.
- Prohibited Content: Users must not use the AI interface to generate or solicit illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
- VISA CHECKER DISCLAIMER
The Visa Checker tool is intended for informational purposes only.
- Official Sources: Entry requirements can change without notice. FlyAquet is not responsible for any traveler being denied entry to a country based on the information provided by this tool.
- Final Verification: It is the User’s sole responsibility to verify current visa requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before departure.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The name FlyAquet, the logo featuring the purple and blue plane, the website design, and all original content are the exclusive property of FlyAquet.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or “scrape” data from our site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
- User Content: By providing feedback or using the AI Explorer, you grant FlyAquet a non-exclusive license to use that data to improve our algorithms and services.
VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyAquet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Errors or inaccuracies in flight prices or visa requirements.
- Technical failures of our third-party partners.
- Any loss or damage incurred as a result of a travel booking made through a link on our site.
VIII. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
FlyAquet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service (including the AI Travel Explorer or the Visa Checker) at any time without prior notice.
